Co-Founder, CEO & Sales

Claus is an experienced, international, and multilingual top executive and entrepreneur with a strong focus on tech sales, business development, and strategy building. He brings a robust network within the startup and SportsTech ecosystems. As CEO of MyScore Live, he is responsible for company strategy, sales, investor relations, partnerships, and business operations.

Co-Founder, Operations & Community

Sophie is an Olympic gold medalist in field hockey (Rio 2016) and was appointed Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) for her services to British sport. With 134 international caps for England and Great Britain, she is one of the most successful athletes of her generation. Today, she ranks among the top 20 padel players in the UK. She holds a degree in psychology and has work experience as a business analyst at an international tech company, focusing on product development, process optimization, and scaling.

Co-Founder, Product, Design & User Experience

Flaco is a senior UX/UI designer with 30+ years of experience building intuitive products across both analog and digital spaces. He’s worked in global creative hotspots like New York, Barcelona, and Berlin—shaping a sharp eye for user-first design. Well-connected in the international creative and tech scenes, Flaco brings deep insight, creative energy, and a global mindset to every product challenge.

Co-Founder, Engineering & Hardware Development

Oona is a graduate of Purdue University Northwest, where she earned a tennis scholarship and completed her bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, receiving the Chancellor Medallion for outstanding academic achievement. Early on, she gained hands-on experience developing autonomous robotics systems as part of a successful school tech team with pan-European accolades. Oona combines technological and athletic excellence, contributing in-depth expertise in embedded systems, IoT, and hardware design to the team.

Co-Founder, Advisor

Martin is a professor of Business Administration & Entrepreneurship with a focus on tech-driven startups. Previously, he served as Managing Director and Go-to-Market Advisor at two fast-growing B2B software scale-ups, Meltwater and Freshworks. While not involved operationally, he supports MyScore Live with strategic advice and brings an extensive global network in the startup and tech ecosystem. Martin also competed in Germany's 2nd Tennis Bundesliga.

Co-Founder, Finance

Till is a two-time German youth tennis champion and former college athlete at Concordia University Irvine (USA), where he received several athletic awards. After graduating from ESLSCA Business School in Paris, he worked in investment banking and M&A before co-founding YAKU Partners.
